CMB card

The CMB is a PC/104 card that combines 1 MiB battery-backed paged Random Access Memory (RAM), watchdog, two 32-bit quadrature counters and 8 switches and 8 LEDs. The card provides host interface compatible with ARBus 0.0 providing PCI-compatible configuration.

The RAM controller is compatible with the RAMBAT 0.0 interface. The memory is accessed using 32 KiB pages. The page content is accessible by Paged RAM Access Window (BAR1). The visible page can be selected by Rambat Page register.

The RAM memory parameters are autoconfigured. The page size is equal to Base Address Region 1 size. The number of pages can be detected by writing maximal value to Rambat Page register and read it back as maximal supported page.

The quadrature controller controller is compatible with the IMP4 0.0 interface. Two 32-bit counters are available.
